  • Cena, a to tak všechno

  • Mimo koupelnu extrémně opotřebovaný interier s začatu 70. let. Na pokoji zima, topeni taky z 70-ch. Předražené parkování se špatnou kapacitou. Snídaně strašné a to pocházím s východu a viděl jsem ledacos.

  • 1. Zpoplatněný internet 2. Velmi špatná kvalita obrazu na TV a rušený příjem TV 3. Starý a vybydlený nábytek - propálený konferenční stůl 4. V pokoji bylo zima nedalo se přitopit a netěsní okna 5. Rušení nočního klidu hosty, kteří chodí kouřit před hotel

děkujeme za Vaše hodnocení a velmi nás mrzí, že jste byli nespokojena s ubytováním.
Chtěli bychom jen informovat, že již topíme na pokojích, jsme odkázáni na teplárny a ty začaly topit.
Internet máme zdarma v prostorách haly hotelu.
Ještě jednou se omlouváme.

  • Ubytování bylo rezervované od 14:00 hodin, ve 14:15 stále nebyl pokoj uklizený. Podlaha špinavá, prach v policích ve skříni.

  • Místo v blízkosti mého ranního jednání.

  • Večer nefunkční kuchyně = nemožno povečeřet jinak než výběrem ze 3 jídel. Minibar = lahve se zátkami = na pokoji však není otvírák. Zaplacený internet nefungoval. Televizor na pokoji - malý a hrozná kvalita obrazu. Ve sprše není nic na odložení mýdla. Hotel obsazen 500 lidmi, přesto celý večer a celé ráno fungoval pouze 1 výtah. Pokud budu mít jinou možnost, hotel již v budoucnu nenavštívím. Za 1.200 Kč opravdu slabota. Bude pro mě lepší zaplatit 1.800 Kč např. za luxusní hotel Duo na Proseku. Zdravím. Urban

  • Personál velmi milý a vstřícný.

  • Hotel má velmi staré a neopravované pokoje. Dveře otlučené, parapet na okně se loupe, nábytek starý, starý zvlněný koberec na chodbě, zima na pokoji. Ve sprchovém koutě plíseň.

  • If You only have to sleep it is ok, some of the beds are a little bit to old and should be changed to real beds - it´s a kind of sofas, but be aware of that the walls between the rooms and very thin and You can hear everything what your nabour in the room next to you or under you or over you is doing - also on the toilet!!! Also the breakfast is very poor, and if You want to loose weigth - don´t eat it! But the service in the breakfast room and the lobby bar is very well and ok. If You are non smoker find an other hotel this one is for smokers.
